This is one of my favourite smoothies! I love drinking it, knowing that I’m giving my body that boost it needs. And it’s just so simple; Put the beetroot, apple, blueberries and ginger in a blender, top up with water then blend until smooth through.
2 small beetroots, peeled and chopped
1 small apple peeled, cored and chopped
A small handful of blueberries
1 tablespoon of chopped / grated / jarred ginger
